From new innovative applications to automation processes to AI solutions in the Group, you support forward-looking projects and developments in the Group, empower employees, deal with new applications and solutions, and drive the innovative change at STRABAG. You will be part of the central area STRABAG Innovation and Digitalization, an interdisciplinary team that makes STRABAG fit for the future both in the office and at the construction site. Your tasks in detail: You support in product management: Your focus is on communication work around our digital applications such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, Confluence, Dropbox and Co. – to AI-based solutions such as NotebookLM, Copilot Chat and Copilot M365 You create content: You prepare challenging situations according to target groups and quickly make them tangible for employees (e.g. graphics, scenarios, personae, user stories, guides) You communicate content: You plan smart communication formats and serve different communication channels (such as MS Teams, Social Intranet and the Internal Wiki) You will see: You prepare product webinars, moderate sessions and inform yourself about innovations, best practices or milestones

You are in current Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Sciences, Media Sciences, German Studies, Marketing or similar degree programs You have very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is advantageous You can deal well with the common Microsoft 365 programs – with PowerPoint & Word and ideally brings knowledge in image editing with You can quickly work into challenging situations and have a graphic sense of making them tangible You like to contact people and are a team player You are motivated to participate, work independently and reliably
