Technical draftsman (m/f/d)

You know what a floor plan is, can distinguish CAD from hand sketches, do not lose patience and remain, once again someone thinks that ''Maßstab'' is just a word for model railways? Congratulations – You could be exactly the person we are looking for! We are a privately managed real estate company with own craftsmen and house masters – and we are not looking for theorists, but machers. No fear: There are no endless meetings with us, but real projects, real plans and real responsibility.

Create and update technical building plans – so we know where the wall really stands. Keep an eye on building technical testing deadlines – so that nothing slips through us. Planning and accompanying small reconstruction projects – because we want people who are packing, not just talking. Working with our team of craftsmen – this is not discussed, here is done.

A completed training as a technical designer or something comparable. Experience with CAD training in our system is self-interesting, but we expect you to know where the front and back is. Technical understanding and organizational talent – because nothing goes on alone with us. Humor and serenity – especially if someone thinks that “a little sloppy” is an acceptable tolerance. What we do not seek: Someone who needs three approval rounds for a line in the plan. A “I-mach-only-my-9-to-5” character, who asks the boss at every small thing. Nörgler, better-wisser or people who panic at “test periods”. PowerPoint artists – we need people drawing plans, not presentations
