They control all global surveys and support national companies or functions in performing local or functional pulse checks to gain valuable insights into the topic of employee engagement. They continue to develop the strategy, take into account market trends and ensure appropriate internal marketing Performance Management: They support the implementation of the annual global performance management process and its continuous improvement.
