EXPENDITURE

• You are responsible for receiving candidates and applicants
• You manage and document the entire application process
• Meet the pre-selection of suitable candidates (m/w/d) and schedule interviews
• You take over the preparation and follow-up of interviews and create candidate profiles
• They maintain our applicant management system and supported in creating job advertisements
• You are the interface between personnel consultants and applicants

PROFIL

• successfully completed training in the commercial sector
• high social competence as well as negotiation skills and team skills
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing
• safe handling of MS Office
