Technical and conceptual responsibility as well as independent resource planning in the task of the team management for building technology Planning, design and monitoring of industrial installations, including technical analyses and evaluation of the technical system concepts, including external design participants, in economic, safety and energy aspects, as well as the creation of performance directories for the award according to VOB Technical support for laboratory equipment in relation to energy supply, air conditioning and other technical equipment Individually responsible control, coordination and monitoring of construction, modernisation and maintenance measures focusing on technical building equipment (TGA) acceptance of external measures in the areas of TGA and construction measures Consultation of the Institute's Management in technical and safety requirements in these areas Development and imple­mentation of energy management strategies

Master's degree programme (FH) of the Department of Supply Technology, Civil Engineering or a Comparable Department Professional experience in the planning, implementation and support of complex TGA facilities including knowledge in building, planning, procurement and contract law Experience in all phases of HOAI Ready-to-use and flexibility (strengthening) Safe handling of MS Office and AutoCAD Good knowledge of English
