As an expert CRM & Business Analytics (all genders), you contribute significantly to the further development of our CRM system: You work across areas on the continuous integration of the CRM solution into our IT and process landscape You are contact person:in for our (key) users on all operational questions or problems related to our CRM system (focus sales) You document and analyze existing data and processes and design workflows to continuously optimize our CRM solution You accompany the development of new features from conception to implementation You build best relationships and trust at all levels of our organization and enjoy the training and consulting of various departments You implement agile principles and methods, manage backlogs and help formulate Epics and User Stories

Completed studies in the field of computer science, economic informatics, economics and the like First relevant professional experience, preferably in the areas of CRM or Data / Business Analytics First experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365) or reporting solutions (Power BI) Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and supporting ERP systems (SAP) Experience with agile development methods and user-centric design Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
