Project Management - Construction Management Department (m/f/d)

As a project manager of the Construction Management Division of the Construction and Technology Division, you will take over construction preparation, construction management and coordination activities for maintenance and investment measures in close coordination with the trade unions, users or your own craftsmen of the business unit. You will guide the project teams, specialist planners and architects. You are responsible for the monitoring and control of compliance with contracts, the quality and timely execution of contractually agreed services and enforcement of contractual measures in the event of non-compliance with the contract. Furthermore, you take over the processing of construction applications, repair reports and maintenance services of the University Hospital in compliance with the project procedures of the Construction and Technology Division. However, these are partially implemented with specialist companies without specialist planners.
