The German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ) is one of the largest cancer research centres in Europe. “Research for a life without cancer” is our mission and for this our world-class scientists work together with all employees. We investigate how cancer is created, identify cancer risk factors and look for new strategies that prevent people from suffering from cancer. We develop new methods that allow tumours to be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients to be treated more successfully. The DKFZ is one of the scientifically coordinating centers for the long-term and nationwide NAKO health study with more than 205,000 students throughout Germany. The aim is to learn more about the causes, prevention and early detection of the most important diseases of the population. The NAKO study centre Saarbrücken is one of these 18 nationwide study centres. With data on lifestyle, environment and genetics, the NAKO health study contributes to prevention and individual health care. Professional advice:inside (target, purpose and expiration of the study) Planning, coordination and carrying out medical examinations such as blood pressure measurements, anthropometric measurements, electrocardiographic records (ECGs) and venous blood collections Planning and coordination of studies Preparation and monitoring of monitor visits in the context of quality management Documentation of data collection and sampling Setting up the central study documents and entering the data into the study database

Completed training as health caregivers:in or medical:r Experience in the examination and survey of patients: Joy of responsible, team-oriented work and work with students:inside Very good German knowledge High level of organisational ability and an independent and structured way of working Experience in dealing with computers and MS Office
