Coordination and control of digital projects with durations of 3 to 9 months Analysis and optimization of digital business processes including Documentation Monitoring milestones, budgets and quality targets Close cooperation with customers and internal specialist teams Creation of status reports and project presentations Risk management and proactive problem solving
