Process/Project Manager Portfolio Management Insurance (m/f/d)

To strengthen our committed transformation team at the Cologne site, we are looking for you as a process/project manager (m/w/d) portfolio management insurance.

You take over the planning, implementation and refurbishment of projects in the fields of portfolio-shifting and inventory optimization and ensure their successful completion. You are competent contact persons for internal stakeholders and ensure that questions are answered precisely and solution-oriented. You coordinate tasks, coordination and capacity planning and ensure efficient cooperation between all stakeholders. You actively drive the optimization and automation of processes and identify potentials for the use of modern tools – especially in the field of AI and digitalization. You create meaningful reports, document and optimize processes and use project management tools structured and efficient. You work flexibly from Cologne or Frankfurt – with the possibility to operate remotely.

You have several years of professional experience in the field of insurance (at least 3 years) – ideally complemented by relevant training or study. You bring initial experience in project management, including the control and responsibility of individual (partial) projects. You are passionate about process optimization, workflow design and automation and enjoy the application of modern tools – also with affinity for AI-based solutions. You are interested in creating and developing reports, analyses and process and project documents. Their operation is independent, structured and reliable, combined with a high degree of self-organization. You are characterized by a pronounced detailed orientation and place great value on quality and accuracy. You like to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and are able to adapt flexibly to new requirements and make short-term adjustments.
