Organisation and Ensuring Dismissal Management Advice from patients: women and relatives on social and social issues Support for disease and life management clarification and application of service claims for cost-holders Organisation of domestic or stationary connection services if necessary Intermediation of further assistance and contact points Implementation of information presentations for patients: Central interface function between clinic, introductory doctor:inside, cost centers and social institutions Organisation and implementation of cooperation visits to our instructors Support of instructors (social services, doctors, hospitals) and information sharing Evaluation of the number of assignees and derivation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations – in close coordination with the clinic management

Complete study of social work / social education or comparable degree Representative expertise, methods and social competence Good knowledge of social legislation and safe handling of computer systems Joy in dealing with people and a high degree of empathy Team skills and interest in in interdisciplinary cooperation Ideal experience in clinical areas and quality management First experiences with the MBOR concept of advantage Experience in Conceptual Work within Reha Clinics is desirable
