For the department of purchasing management we are looking for you to occupy a place as Projektleiter (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 21.04.2025 Call number: 15-004-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity With around 160 dedicated employees, the department of purchasing management of the DRV Bund is a central partner for the specialist departments and rehabilitation centres. This brings together expertise in procurement and contract management to ensure sustainable and efficient procurement solutions. In the award area, seven specialized teams coordinate the central procurement of supply, service and construction services – not only for the DRV Bund, but also for other pension insurance companies if necessary. We accompany, advise and support the demand points strategically and operationally in all phases of the procurement process. We are looking for an experienced and motivated management personality for our team of construction awards. In this key role, you not only manage a powerful team, but actively shape the procurement strategy and optimize processes for sustainable procurement.

You take over the leadership of a dedicated team of about 15 employees and promote their development and successful cooperation They are at the side of the department and department management as a reliable partner*in in human, professional and organizational matters. They control and optimize processes – from process structures to the incorporation of new team members – and ensure continuous improvement They are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of procurement procedures and keep in mind all relevant requirements They support the demand points with sound recommendations for procurement projects and contribute to optimal decision-making They develop and formulate sound opinions on complex issues and bring your expertise in a targeted manner They actively participate in work and project groups and drive innovative solutions

They have a successfully completed university education (Diplom FH, Bachelor or a comparable qualification, for example as a specialist) supplemented by several years of current experience in the management of staff and the implementation of award procedures, ideally in the award of construction and planning services Alternatively, you have a successfully completed commercial, technical, administrative or office-oriented vocational training and have many years of current experience in personnel management and implementation of European procurement procedures, ideally in the award of construction and planning services You are convinced by your strong communication skills, strategic and responsible action, as well as a secure and thought-out decision-making With your well-founded expertise and high reliability and integrity, you are a trusted contact person for your team and organization They master the German language in word and writing and can also formulate complex facts clearly and precisely
