Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)

Examination, settlement and booking of invoices Monitoring of payment deadlines and implementation of payment procedures Compensation of invoices with orders and delivery notes (3-Way-Match) clarification of differences and processing of supplier notices Maintenance and updating of creditor master files Coordination of creditor accounts and cooperation in monthly and annual accounts Communication with internal interfaces such as specialist departments, companies and operational locations Close cooperation with the Spanish colleagues to hand over the booking processes to the Spanish booking team Maintenance of approval chains Examination and processing of travel costs and expenses according to tax requirements and internal guidelines Booking of travel costs in the system and preparation of employee payouts

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk) or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in creditor accounting and/or travel cost accounting Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle), good knowledge in handling Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of English Interest in processes and process optimization Proactive and solution-oriented mode of operation, e.g., in advance of the timely processing of processes
