Head of a team of 30 employees in the area ID of production Guided employees to the management principles and guidelines of the Bundesdruckerei Cross-sectoral and cross-system coordination for optimal utilization of mechanical and human capacity Coordination and continuous optimization of personnel and machine use as well as workflows in the field of competence Compliance, tracking and further optimisation of operational key figures, in particular throughput times, committee, OEE (machine efficiency) Employee participation in the continuous improvement process Participation in investment, budget, personnel and training needs planning for the area of responsibility Responsibility for trouble-free operation of all technical installations and ensuring compliance with the necessary maintenance intervals Coordination with the P IIT/IT area on demand-oriented provision of DV services and application support for the line area Coordination with the service area via the demand-oriented provision of services and plant optimization Participation in the introduction and monitoring of technical innovations and in the procurement of production facilities Participation in the creation and maintenance of QM/UM documents and in training in the field of competence Monitoring of occupational safety and other labour legislation in the field of competence Reporting for the area of competence with respect to the Head of Line
