Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Process Integrator ASICs (w/m/div) you are part of the technology transfer project team and coordinate technology transfer as well as process engineering in the Frontend of Line (FEOL) and support the development of an innovative technology platform. You are responsible for the smooth running in the production of integrated wafers and check the FEOL/BEOL complete process for correctness and completeness. Measures to increase stability and yield as well as cost reduction measures and harmonisation activities are prepared by you. In your role, you are contact persons and links to the local areas of production, product technology and quality management; also actively participate in decision-making teams (SE team). Complex technology processes are introduced by you independently and supervised in production. For new process flows, you conduct qualification measures and approval procedures as well as the evaluation and approval of process changes through and unifying processes in close coordination with production. You evaluate deviations and estimate their risks for the products and production. Use the systematic problem solution approaches such as 8D, 5WHY, FMEA. To ensure the quality and rapid identification of deviations, you are responsible for testing and risk management.

Education: completed university studies in the natural or engineering sciences, (electronics, electronics, microsystems engineering) Experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in a semiconductor production or near-production institutes, preferably in the field of integration basics of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes, very good knowledge of MS Office applications and in statistical experimental planning as well as experience in statistical experimental planning, knowledge in change management techniques and formal error analysis Personality: high self-motivation, self-responsibility, result- and quality-oriented, good conflict and problem-solving orientation, ability to reproduce complex relationships in a precise and comprehensible manner Languages: fluent German and English skills
