The role
The close cooperation with companies is a central pillar of the HPI philosophy. It strengthens the practical relevance for students, creates transfer paths for research and ensures the visibility of the institute in the economy. As Lead Industry Engagements and Partnerships, you are actively developing this ecosystem. You build a strategic bridge between students, researchers and the HPI institutions and relevant companies with the aim of combining academic integrity, real added value for talents and long-term institutional impact.
You carry out a growing team, actively shape the direction, content and structure of the partner portfolio and are a key player in the cooperation between HPI and its industrial partners. In addition, you support the further development of the HPI Career Service Center in the Industry Careers area.
