Team leader technical building management (m/f/d)

You coordinate and control the workflows and the task distribution within the team You take over the team's technical leadership in close coordination with the department management and moderate team meetings You coordinate holiday planning and ensure reliable representation regulations You prepare technical tender documents for technical building management services, coordinate the tendering of framework contracts and the corresponding awards You ensure compliance with the contract and execution of technical building management services You control and monitor external service providers in the field of maintenance and testing You advise technical building management on technical issues and contracting You are responsible for the technical advice and organisation of training/ workshops for the staff of the branch in the field of technical building management. You check, plausibility, maintain data of technical installations and support the ensuring of operator responsibility using modern IT applications

You have a completed (special) degree in the field of facility management, technical building equipment, civil engineering, real estate management, electrical engineering, utility technology or a comparable degree course or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians or on a degree as a master or master in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering allowances (e.g. by certificates of work). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E12 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 66.200,00 – approx. € 86.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
