In this function, you are responsible for the market-oriented control and sale of raw milk quantities within and outside the Black Forest Milk Group. sale and transfer of raw milk quantities to external dairy, processor and industrial partners Active control of surplus and incorrect quantities in close coordination with production, planning and producer Care and development of existing customer relationships in the raw milk market Market monitoring and analysis of the regional, national and international raw milk market Responsibility for the implementation and successful conclusion of price, contract and quantity negotiations Development of marketing strategies for raw milk taking into account market, quality and logistics Close cooperation with: raw milk supply / producer care Production planning and disposition Controlling and Quality Management

Ensuring an economically optimal use of raw milk Documentation, reporting and quantity monitoring Expansion of your network within the industry and support of relevant events and network events

A completed study in the agricultural, food or business environment or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in raw milk or agricultural raw material as well as a good feeling for markets, prices and quantities You negotiate safely, think analytically and feel comfortable in dealing with numbers, contracts and forecasts Own responsibility, reliability and entrepreneurial thinking are of course for you You work structured, agile and customer-oriented – with high self-motivation and clear final safety Even in challenging situations, you go boldly new ways and find pragmatic, creative solutions German, English are a plus Very good MS‐Office/M365‐ and SAP skills, readiness to travel and driving licence Class B complete your profile
