These exciting tasks await you

You work closely with the project manager and actively support the commercial and organizational project execution You check delivery documents for accuracy, release material orders and coordinate vehicles for construction sites and transports You start offerings, work inquiries from suppliers and after-contractors and document everything on the system (e.g. NEO) You transfer scales into predetermined form sheet structures and prepare project-relevant documents You assemble and archive project-related evaluations and documentation (measures, reports, costs, performance levels) in Excel You'll start construction site documentation as well as revision drawings with AutoCAD and coordinate your project team's dates and travels

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed commercial or technical vocational training recognised in Germany, e.g. as a businesswoman for office management, technical system planners or electronics You have pleasure in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and are versed in these programs Ideally you bring experience in project execution, project assistance or controlling You are characterized by a structured way of working, an overview and a pronounced organizational capability You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and stress resistance You are a communication talent, empathy and team-ready
