Responsibility for the appointment, resource and deployment planning of two-way balers, machine operators as well as the required vehicle use on the construction sites of the West road Ensuring the demand-oriented provision of machines, attachments and other equipment in close coordination with construction lines, departments and external partners Continuous verification of available capacities and early identification of personnel and resource bottlenecks including the initiation of appropriate procurement measures Own implementation of the monthly internal performance calculation of the resources used in cooperation with construction management and controlling Organisation and monitoring of travel planning, time recording and revision-proof return of proof of hours, deployment and performance including quality assurance of documentation Coordination of personnel planning, taking into account qualifications, absences and operational requirements, as well as support in calculation and investigative measures, in compliance with the applicable occupational safety requirements

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in the fields of disposition, deployment planning, logistics, track construction or a comparable discipline Knowledge of the planning and control of personnel, machinery and resources requirements and a strong understanding of operational processes Safe handling of current MS Office applications and digital planning, MRP and accounting systems Ideally experience in construction site processing, rail construction or in a comparable technical environment Impressed organisational capacity, high self-responsibility and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence against internal and external contact persons and the willingness to acquire additional qualifications
