Our client is an established planning and construction project company in the South German region, which accompanies sophisticated construction projects over various phases of the project. The focus is on a high-quality implementation, reliable project management and professional coordination of all involved in the construction. The current project pipeline offers a versatile environment with sophisticated construction projects and long-term perspectives. An experienced personality is sought, which takes responsibility in particular in the implementation and execution phase and ensures that a successfully implemented construction project is created from the planning stage. The object monitoring plays a central role: it combines the project objectives with the actual implementation at the construction site, coordinates the participating companies and keeps in mind quality, dates, costs and the progress of construction. At the next possible time, we are looking for a long-term reinforcement Project Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)* Short and flush You take over the independent object monitoring and the construction management of demanding construction projects and ensure that planning and execution are successfully implemented in terms of quality, dates and costs. You coordinate those involved in the construction, control the execution on site and ensure a structured construction process – from work preparation to execution to acceptance and handover. Job Summary As project manager object monitoring (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you take over the technical and co-ordinative control of the construction design. You ensure that the planning is implemented professionally and keep in mind quality, costs and appointments at any time. You coordinate the exporting companies, conduct construction meetings, accompany the construction process and ensure complete documentation. At the same time, you take responsibility for cost control, follow-up and deficiencies management as well as the preparation of acceptances and handovers.

Its task field includes in particular: Control and monitoring of professional design in terms of quality, planning, contracts and technical regulations Control of construction schedule, performance level, work preparation and construction logistics Measurement, accounting and follow-up testing and cost control according to DIN 276 Collection, traceability and documentation of defects and management of the building journal Preparation and monitoring of works, construction and expert collections until handover

Professional experience: at least 3 years relevant professional experience in object monitoring or Construction line Project experience: Experience in at least one complete project cycle Expertise: Very good knowledge especially in the performance phases 6–8 and safe handling of HOAI, VOB and technical regulations Project management: Safe handling of quality, dates and costs as well as experience in construction and follow-up management Qualification: Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification, as an alternative to state-tested construction technicians

Do you want to control not only at the construction site, but to actively control and shape a construction project? This position then offers the opportunity to combine your experience in object monitoring with real project responsibility. You work closely with the project management and together with it form an operating double tip. Take over the technical and co-ordinative leadership of the construction project and have direct influence on the successful implementation of the project objectives. The projects are in principle within the reach of the company location. Regular multi-day or week-long outlays are not part of the position.
