Management and technical guidance of the team members and overall responsibility for the commercial and financial management of the project Creation, monitoring and adaptation of project budgets, forecasts, cost-benefit analyses and continuous project controlling incl. Target actual comparisons, reports and forecasts Identification, assessment and management of commercial project risks, derivation of countermeasures and ensuring compliance with all payment, liability and insurance conditions Contact person for the client in all commercial matters and presentation of the project results before the shareholders Responsibility for billing, payment flow and receivable management in accordance with contract and project progress Documentation of relevant commercial transactions for internal and external audits and the acquisition of tax, customs and export control tasks (including KWKG and secret protection) Contract and legal management, claim and change management as well as continuous project communication and interface management within the ARGE

Several years (5-8) professional experience in these topics; Experience in naval/shipping or defence/reconstruction is desirable Extensive experience in project and financial controlling, in particular in budget planning, forecasting and cost-benefit analyses Funded knowledge in contract, risk and claim management, especially in handling UAN contracts, as well as knowledge in financial and accounting, accounting, cash management, taxes, customs and export control Confidence with legal requirements for military control (KWKG) and secret protection Secure handling of controlling and reporting tools (e.g. MS Excel, SAP, Office) as well as pronounced presentation and reporting capabilities for partner and management levels German and English knowledge as well as strong leadership and team skills and professional control over internal and external partners High analytical competence, decision-making, enforcement strength, result and quality orientation as well as communication strength and integrity in handling sensitive data
