You know how the rabbit is running: Knowing as a skilled worker for occupational safety (m/w/d) You not only do your To Dos in theory, but also implement them in practice and in accordance with legal regulations with a view to our specific requirements. Detecting risks before You arise: You create and update risk assessments, safety concepts and project plans on your own, carry out security visits and instruction and submit suggestions for improvement in the design of jobs, workflows and conditions. Make occupational safety tangible: You advise and train management, executives and employees in matters of occupational safety and health - digital and on site. In doing so, you will take up new developments in occupational safety and the world of work and inspire your target group-specific approach to healthy and safe working. Consider healthy work from the outset: Even in the procurement and introduction of new work equipment, procedures and work materials, as well as the safety assessments before commissioning, you can enter your expertise. Close cooperation: You work with the company physician, the OSH and other agents and coordinate the use of external service providers.

Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (probably a training at the VBG) Experiences in occupational safety - preferably in the administrative and service sectors and with certificates Additional qualification to the fire safety officer is desirable, but is not a must Very good expertise in relevant laws, regulations, technical rules and standards as well as the view for easy and safe implementation in practice self-employed working and strong communication and enthusiasm; We anticipate very good German knowledge to convey security concepts and to win people for the topic readiness for multi-day missions within Germany and class B licence
