Application Manager SAP IS-U/CRM (m/f/d)

You work for our customer IT Our customer IT develops and operates specialized IT solutions for our more than 5 million electricity and gas customers in close cooperation with specialist departments. Our solutions not only ensure compliance with our regulatory market tasks, but also ensure maximum efficiency of our service partners in the Call Center operation. In addition, automated digital customer processes as well as attractive customer-self-services are key components of our success. The customer IT organization in Germany is divided into seven teams with colleagues in Hamburg, Berlin and Katowice (Poland). The responsibility of the “Delivery Management” team includes, in addition to the Project Management, the application management for on-premise and SaaS solutions. In the position as Application Manager*in SAP IS-U/CRM, you will ensure the smooth operation and availability of our German SAP IS-U/CRM systems together with the SAP base. In addition, you accompany the coordinated provision of further developments in the production systems. Your tasks and responsibilities: Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the availability and stability of our complex SAP IS-U/CRM system landscape You work closely with our business stakeholders to understand current topics and future requirements, to derive the impact on the operation and the Service Level Agreements and to integrate the relevant specialist teams within IT and external providers You integrate our solution architects and infrastructure teams within Vattenfall IT to further develop our complex system landscape and protect it from security risks You coordinate troubleshooting in system operation and communicate transparently with our specialist departments You are responsible for the functionality of the transport management of the SAP systems within a multi-stage system landscape from operating and project instances with connected test and training systems You are responsible for the use and functionality of the Active Control transport tool including necessary upgrades and adjustments You also support the detailed planning and implementation of system and client copies within the SAP system landscape and Life Cycle Management for the systems Location Berlin or Hamburg

Who are you? Our idealr Application Managerin SAP IS-U/CRM has a high communication capability in German (C1) and English (B1) language, a pronounced ability to self-structure and independent work and is curious and open to changes. You'll bring: Complete Bachelor, Master or Diploma Studies (IT, Business Informatics or Similar) or completed vocational training with a corresponding long-term professional experience Good understanding of the opportunities and challenges in increasing digitalisation needs for energy supply companies Good understanding of the operational control model of a central IT Knowledge of ITIL processes (CHM, RDM, PRB) Comprehensive knowledge of the technical functioning of SAP systems, in particular transport management Good knowledge of the SAP base and the technical parameters for performance analysis and troubleshooting Interest to understand the interaction between the SAP systems and the surrounding IT landscape and to provide holistic improvements along the entire chain Ready for occasional operations outside normal working time
