As Manager Privacy & Security (m/w/d), you are responsible for the acquisition of activities within the “Privacy Management and Data Compliance” framework, as well as the further development and development. Optimizing the framework and/or individual processes for creating and maintaining compliance. You take over the independent evaluation of projects (e.g. products, systems, other projects) in accordance with data protection and AI law. You balance between solution orientation and compliance requirements. You take over the independent consulting of specialist areas, including on issues of contract design, if Supplier is to be used for any projects (Joint Controller, Controller-to-Controller, Controller-to-Processor). You actively shape the interface to the supervisory authorities and take appropriate communication. To do this, you are interested in the analysis of incidents or customer requests and their internal work-up. You accompany administrative procedures directly and indirectly, through the creation of opinions and by advising the areas of expertise to be required. You are part of the Privacy Assurance program and assist in reviewing the implemented measures, including in connection with Group-wide Internal Audits or Assurance activities. You are working with external consultants and law firms. You supported the interpretation of laws such as TKG, TDDDG, GDPR, BDSG, AI Act, Data Act and Judicial Judgments as well as statements from the supervisory authorities and you unveil and/or optimierstly appropriate guidelines and internal guidelines for VF.

A successfully completed 2nd legal state exam or a completed study of computer science, legal, economic or administrative sciences with a focus on the above-mentioned tasks. At least 7 years of professional experience, with a focus on data protection. Further training or additional qualifications in the field of data protection and/or Information security should be available. Professional experience in the group environment or industry experience (telecommunication) is desirable. Flexibility, resilience, team and conflict resolution capability. German and English knowledge fluent and safe to negotiate (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
