Use your expertise in comprehensive customer support as a service employee (m/w/d) in the national area. You are the central point of contact for our domestic customers and traders and you will process service and warranty cases with your expertise and communication strength. You contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers.

Customer-oriented communication with domestic customers and traders Commercial handling of service and warranty cases Communication and commissioning of logistics and service providers Creation of documents and ensuring service work Internal interface between sales, traders, production and shipping Proactive cooperation in the global network Monitoring of framework agreements

Completed commercial training or an economic study Multiannual experience in customer communication, preferably in the fitness industry Good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure MS Office Knowledge Ideally knowledge of common ERP systems, preferably Sage
