HR Administrator | €26/hour (m/f/d)

Supporting a defined group of employees in all personaladministrative questions Creation and maintenance of personal data and management of personal master files Support in preparation for payment accounting Creation of HR evaluations, statistics and reports Processing of personal requests Support in entry and exit processes as well as in the entire employee-life cycle Working with HR projects and process optimizations Support in the creation of documents, certificates and personal documents

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification with a focus on staff Multiannual experience in the HR environment, ideally in personnel management or personnel administration First experience in reporting, HR controlling or KPI analyses Knowledge of labour law and personal processes along the employee-life cycle Experience in preparing or accommodating payment Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good German knowledge and good English skills Structured, service-oriented and independent mode of operation
