Complete study of psychology Ideally experience in the clinical field, especially with mental illnesses, PTBS or addiction diseases Interest in other cultures, life stories and diverse perspectives Embossed analytical skills, structured working and good organizational capacity Experience in working with people with migration history or refugees desirable High empathy, resilience and joy in cooperation in an interdisciplinary team Language skills in Arabic, Persian, Russian or Turkish are advantageous The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
