In-house lawyer / legal counsel (m/f/d)

You are part of our Global Legal team and work closely with our Regional Legal Heads as well as central functions such as Finance, M&A and Compliance. The team supports all legal concerns of the Group – from corporate governance to M&A to commercial contracts. At Bielefeld, our headquarters, you are also the direct interface to management. Your main tasks include: ■ You are a contact person for all legal issues in the field of corporate and commercial. ■ You will first, examine and advise company-law documents such as statutes, shareholder agreements and intercompany contracts and take over the management of corporate governance issues. ■ You take over the management of M&A and restructuring projects, conduct legal due diligence and tax external consultants. ■ You develop global contract standards and ensure that customer, partner and supplier contracts are legally secure, efficient and consistent. ■ You work closely with our Executive Board (CEO, CFO) and global stakeholders. ■ You are regularly present at the Bielefeld site to support local management. Tell us about your potential!

■ You are a full lawyer:in and brings at least 5 years of professional experience in an international working environment, preferably in the areas of corporate law, M&A, IT law and contract law. ■ You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, Data Act and AI Act. ■ You can master English in word and writing, and other languages are of advantage. ■ You work independently, structured and are able to successfully network in a global environment.
