In this position you are the voice of our customers to their buyers. You process in-depth inquiries about e-mail, phone and chat and make sure that every customer feels well looked after – regardless of whether it is a simple question about delivery status or a more complex complaint. You keep an overview of orders, shipping information and payment processes and can provide customers with reliable information at any time. An essential part of your work is the handling of returns, exchange and refund requests, as well as the clarification of warranties, damaged shipments or false deliveries. You document every process carefully in our systems so that colleagues from warehouses, shipping and accounting can understand what happened to an order at any time. If you need, you will agree with these departments to solve problems quickly and to the satisfaction of our customers. In addition, you collect recurring concerns and customer feedback and pass these observations to our team in a structured manner so that we can continuously improve processes and products of our clients. In short, ● Processing customer requests by email, phone and chat ● Information on order status, shipping and payments ● Processing of returns, exchange, refunds and complaints ● Maintenance of customer and order data in the CRM or Shop system ● Tuning with warehouse, shipping and other specialist departments ● Collection and sharing of customer feedback for process improvement

Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience Experience in the care of an online shop is desirable Embossed customer and service orientation, as well as good handling forms Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Fast and safe handling of PC and Internet Self-organization and willingness to continue Teamability & Reliability
