You independently coordinate purchase and control assessments with external assessors: from the assignment to the final assessment – in close coordination with the asset management You digitize opinion and transfer the evaluation data to our computer systems You are a key player in valuation issues regarding asset management and internal disciplines You control the project controlling in maintenance and construction – with the help of SAP You support asset management at the object management: check annual budgets and lease changes, first authorise administrators and accompany basic book topics

You have completed your studies with a focus on real estate management or a successfully completed commercial training – supplemented by several years of professional experience with property-related focus You are bringing in-depth knowledge of the real estate assessment and have ideally worked in a capital management company or an assessment office You are familiar with the structure and functioning of property specialty, as well as the relevant legal and supervisory frameworks You have pronounced computer skills, especially in Excel and XML file formats; Ideally, you also have experience with SAP. In addition, you have basic knowledge of (Fonds) accounting You know the processes in asset management and ideally gain first experience in project controlling of maintenance and construction measures You communicate with external asset managers and evaluators in a sovereign and partnership manner – and you enjoy developing solutions together
