For our asset management low voltage/medium voltage department at the Salzgitter site, we are looking for a speaker for processes in the power distribution network at the next possible time. A task that challenges As a speaker, you take special responsibility for the further development of our power distribution network: Your responsibility lies in the process optimization of the central processes in our department. Your task is to optimize the processes according to our processes certified according to DIN ISO 55001. You design new process adjustments together with the relevant stakeholders from companies and groups and introduce them in the department. In addition, you support setting the technical standards in our network area, assessing the state of our network and our resources, and take the necessary measures and take the responsibility for the development of technical organisational rules. You are networking within the expert groups of the E.ON Group and relevant specialist bodies in the industry. Your area of responsibility also includes special tasks in the form of leadership or cooperation in projects in the organization and group. You take special tasks that can be defined in time with special responsibility in coordination with your leadership.

A background that convinces You have successfully completed a technical study (Master, Dipl.-Ing.). You have professional experience in network technology or asset management. Enforcement, self-employment, strong communication skills and team skills are your strengths. You take the initiative and actively promote themes without losing sight of the essentials.
