Understanding the company business strategy and translating it into technological capabilities Feeding the strategy department with technological capabilities to unlock value potential Having a deep understanding of the domain CRM/Billing Platforms Providing advice on utilization of the technology for specific regional demands Determining what part of the value chain needs to be localized vs. what makes sense from an economy of scale and acceleration potential Initiating and leading IT / Tech organizational transformation to establish a structure and organization that works for multi-national business

Degree in business informatics or management with multiple years of relevant working experience Former roles as Head of IT or Head of Core Systems (f/m/d) Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Kraken etc. Strategic thinking on different levels and a problem-solving and innovation mindset Autonomy & accountability and high-level technology expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing top-level interfaces Willingness to travel weekly and threatened
