Trainee (f/d/m) Corporate Banking North and East

The company's customer business North and East advises and supervises companies of all sizes from a wide range of industries in all fields of finance – in direct business and in joint business with the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. We provide risk relief and special expertise for the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, so that smaller cooperative institutions can also accompany emerging customers. As part of our team, exciting projects and responsible tasks await you, such as the support of the new customer acquisition and the advice of entrepreneurs. You will get to know the different financing requirements of our customers from different industries and support us in cross-reach teams in developing demand-specific product solutions. By working actively in the credit process, you learn to sharpen your risk assessment. Here we are also moving the issue of sustainability in the assessment of different business models in terms of their sustainability. Your participation in the daily operating business completes your training. We are open to your ideas and give you the opportunity to develop and advance your own solutions for the company's customer business during the trainee program. In your 18-month trainee program with an individual throughput plan, you will be working in the dedicated units of the company customer business North and East. The location of your activity is Hamburg. In addition, you have the possibility to hospitate in different interface units, including across locations.

You have a successfully completed Master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of economics or finance. Your Master's degree will be short at the time of your application or will not be longer than 12 months. You bring well-founded bank business knowledge and ideally practice experience (e.g. through a bank training or an internship) to develop from a good basis. With your responsible and dedicated personality, you are looking for a high customer orientation. Your analytical way of thinking allows you to deal with stress situations well. With your high persuasiveness and negotiation skills, you are inspiring others for your ideas. Your knowledge and experience will help you quickly find yourself in changing teams and their daily business. Impetus and newly learned knowledge can be introduced. You are strong in communication in German and English (min. C1 level), in writing as oral, in order to safely represent your opinion to customers and team members.

Perspective: You start with an unlimited contract and a salary of EUR 71,000 during and EUR 77,000 according to the trainee program.
