Your Ideal Profile:

• Training: completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Your tasks:

• Friendly and competent processing of customer requests by phone, email and via our digital platforms
• Collection and processing of orders via our goods management system, creation of offers and invoices
• Support in auditing, auditing of accounts and dunning
• Development and maintenance of our digital channels and systems, including e-commerce platforms
• Participation and cooperation in the processing of currently analogue processes to digital processing
