Your future job:

For our customer Airbus Operations, you are working as Space Management (m/w/d) at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring effective office space planning at the Hamburg site, including training areas and educational campus
• Approval of orders and analysis of workloads in buildings
• Planning and coordination of relocations and rebuilding measures
• Design and planning of furniture concepts for newly designed offices
• Design of surface layouts and presentation of new furniture
• Area allocation and use as well as cost-station-based settlement in the corresponding IT tools
• Documentation and archiving of all relevant data
• Implementation and further development of processes in the field of building management
• Development of New Work Concepts (Activity Based Working and Hybrid Working)
• Transformation and rehabilitation of existing buildings in modern, sustainable office environments

Your profile:

• Complete studies in civil engineering, interior design, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in construction, construction, interior design and process improvement
• Bauzeichner with many years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of CAD Microstation / Open Buildung Designer
• Knowledge of tools related to land allocation and building management and Google Workspace
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
