Coordination, control and ensuring compliance with project targets in the international production environment (Werke in Germany, Malaysia, China and the USA) Support in the introduction and implementation of Lean methods for process optimization in production plants Support in the further development of the global production network (KPIs, standardization, productivity enhancement projects etc.) Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and international locations Project management including planning, monitoring and reporting to the Global Operations Management Independent project management and management of improvement projects in the operational environment

Completed studies as an industrial engineer or comparable qualification More than five years of experience in project management and/or production Knowledge and experience gained in lean management and process optimization Experience in coordinating complex projects and stakeholder management Analytical and Structured Operation and High Communication Capacity Very good knowledge of German and English Experiences with Power BI readiness to travel
