IT project manager for software and network end-to-end solutions (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility “Your playground” Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of demanding IT and infrastructure projects

Central leadership role in communication between customers, internal technical teams and management Organisation of workflows and coordination and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams from network, software, platform, engineering and operation Responsible control of timetables, budgets, resources and project objectives – from conception to go-live

Active stakeholder and customer management incl. Requirement, coordination and escalation management Ensuring quality, documentation, transparency and sustainable project transfer into operation Close cooperation with IT operations, product development and engineering in highly critical environments

Knowledge and skills “Your tool box” Impressed communication strength with persuasive power, extremely high customer orientation, safe occurrence – even in highly critical project situations

Organisational strength, strong ability to prioritize complex tasks and to manage parallel projects Multiannual professional experience in IT project management, ideally in infrastructure, network or carrier-oriented platform projects Very strong leadership personality with persuasive power and enforcement ability, decision-making and responsibility Good, strong technical understanding of:– Development of IT architectures with scaling strategies – Network Technology and Administration (Linux, Docker, Network Software) – IT security infrastructures, monitoring, routing & switching, WiFi

Structured working and ability to clearly prioritize complex situations High competence in analysis, troubleshooting and stable operation Nice to have “Your extras in baggage” Experience with classic or hybrid project management methods Practical experience/certification in the field of service management (ITSM)
