The Klinik für Allgemein-, Viszeral- und Kindersurgiie der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen offers the entire range of modern surgical procedures. Surgical competence, patient safety and empathy are our first priority. Our focuses include obesity surgery, surgical treatment of tumors of the digestive organs, thyroid surgery, sarcoma surgery and robot-assisted interventions.

The interdisciplinary and internationally active study secretariat of our clinic coordinates clinical studies to optimize the therapy of solid and soft tissue tumors of the gastrointestinal tract and studies to improve surgical surgery. The scientific staff of the Study Secretariat works closely with doctors and nurses.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicatedn and organizationally strongn Study Nurse (w/m/d) Supporting the auditors and the study team in the execution of clinical studies, including documentation activities in the operating room independent coordination of study visas, this includes the organisation of diagnostic measures, laboratory sampling, sampling and medication Contact person for patients, test physicians and internal and external cooperation partners Collection and documentation of study-related data by protocol Preparation and monitoring of monitor visits, audits and government inspections Sample logistics and dispatch as part of translational accompanying projects, if necessary. You have completed training in a health profession (e.g. health and nursing staff, MFA or comparable qualification) Experience in Clinical Studies is beneficial an additional qualification as “Study Nurse” is desired, but can be acquired as part of your activity Knowledge of medical terminology and interest in the care of oncological patients Organizational, cooperative working style, knowledge in WORD, EXCEL and Outlook Joy and interest in working in a multi-professional team Your German language skills in word and writing correspond at least to the language level C1
