We are looking for a Team Lead Stakeholder Helpdesk (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
Lead the Stakeholder Helpdesk team with regards to employee, budget and task management Ensure the best possible service for stakeholders our, regarding timely and effective communication on relevant topics Regular reporting of data analysis to detect critical points and trends Ensure that stakeholder feedback is handled properly, working closely with other departments to find the best possible solution Review and further development of internal processes to ensure innovation
Degree in a job related field Min. 3 years of professional experience in stakeholder-facing service, helpdesk team leadership or a related field Strong data analysis skills to use customer feedback to improve our services Confident problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques Calm and professional communication skills, even in tense/critical situation Proficiency in English (C1)
