You serve our SAP systems (on-premises and in the cloud) and are contact partners (m/w/d) for our users on technical questions. You maintain and monitor SAP BTP cloud solutions and are contact partners (m/w/d) for our users on technical questions. You independently perform 2nd-level support activities for SAP basis. You accompany customer projects and carry out systems and system upgrades, for example. You monitor, analyze and optimize our SAP systems and create or maintain the documenization of the tasks and questions mentioned above.

You have successfully completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a university degree in computer science and have first professional experience in a comparable position. You have good knowledge in the operation of SAP systems (AS ABAP, AS Java) and data banks (Oracle, SAP HANA, MaxDB) as well as in the handling of Windows and Linux operating systems. Ideally, you will bring advanced knowledge in handling SAP cloud systems such as BTP, IAS/IPS, CALM and the SAP Cloud Connector. You have good English skills in word and writing, are highly communication and are happy to work in the team.
