Under the leitmotif ''Image Computing for Life'', the team develops innovative methods from basic research to clinical application in close cooperation with medicine and industry. Administration and further development of the IT infrastructure of ReMIC (hardware and software, user management, website maintenance and onboarding and offboarding processes) Maintenance and further development of the GPU server infrastructure and optimization of workflows for AI applications, e.g. by setting up container solutions Technical support for research projects in the field of AI-based medical image processing, including data processing, annotation and implementation of algorithms Participation in the public work of ReMIC, e.g. B. by compiling annual reports, writing news contributions and organizing events and laboratory presentations Support for laboratory research data management Support in the technical and administrative operation of the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics and the Research Center of Biomedical Engineering (RCBE) and the Research Center of Health Sciences and Technology (RCHST)
