Processing of support requests via our ticket system as well as reliable follow-up of in-depth requests after prioritization of requests for urgency and impact Supporting our users with questions and problems in handling CAD systems, especially with: Autodesk products in the BIM environment, especially AutoCAD and Revit (possibly also PTC Creo and MicroStation) Analysis and elimination of technical disorders as well as the development of suitable solutions or coordination in the team in complex issues Documentation of solutions as well as care and extension of the knowledge base Creating project and presentation documents to supervisors and management Address-oriented communication with users Your introduction: You start with a comprehensive 12-month incorporation: 6-9 months Helpdesk with focus on CAD and support tickets 6 months CAD training and knowledge of different teams and locations

A completed technical training or study in the field of IT, ideally related to CAD, 2D-/3D design or terrain models solid knowledge in AutoCAD as well as experience in the BIM environment The desire to develop and grow in a targeted way in the CAD environment A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Joy in supporting others, analyzing problems and solving them sustainably Service orientation, patience and a professional communication understanding Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing 30 % travel readiness
