Financial Accountant - Construction / HGB / DATEV (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management of DATEV debitor, creditor and property account accounting and ensure data quality. You will start the monthly accounts, business evaluations (BWA) as well as the sales tax forecasts. A focus of your work lies in the cost and performance calculation for our construction projects, including the examination and booking of input invoices according to §13b UStG. In close coordination with the project and construction management, you are responsible for the correct cost allocation and create transparency about the project progress. You are responsible for all payment transactions, monitor liquidity and take care of the dunning and clarification of open items. You prepare the accounting documents for cooperation with our tax advisors and auditors and act as a competent contact person.

You have a completed commercial training or a further training in accounting. You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the construction industry. You are sure to deal with the peculiarities of the construction billing, such as construction contracts, billing bills and §13b UStG. You have good knowledge of DATEV or comparable software as well as MS Office (especially Excel). Your work is structured and reliable, as well as you are team-ready and strong in communication. You speak and write German.
