The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Preparing and carrying out research procedures and supporting the procurement procedures for the spatial accommodation of service users, including: constant, precautionary sonning of the real estate market and the real estate stock of BImA to obtain a current basic knowledge of the real estate market and an initial assessment of housing alternatives that can be produced in the real estate sector Defining property requirements taking into account the requirements for space requirements to be agreed with users, future management requirements, clarification of requirements for the location, consideration of the requirements of the desired property business Variant examination involving various factors (e.g. suitability from the organizational point of view of users, occupational safety, fire safety and occupational safety aspects, technical and structural feasibility and structural barrier-freeness) Implementation of economic considerations in the course of the exploration process Preparation and summary of the results with a final assessment of the decisive factors Implementation of the accommodation variant chosen by a procurement contract with the participation of internal/external responders, including: Conducting purchase and lease negotiations on the basis of the survey results Completion of purchase or purchase Rental contracts including allowances in direct connection with procurement Completion of agreements to secure essential rights Disclosure of cost and revenue planning for financial planning Examination of the federal requirement in the case of (perspectively) liberated properties/building, including current exploration methods and prospectively foreseeable changes in the needs of users Establishment of site concepts and coordination of the implementation of user needs and usage synergies Development of usage concepts in the field of “New Work”

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the real estate or business administration or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have extensive current expertise and many years of practical experience in the field of property management. You have good business knowledge. You can safely handle IT standard applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). You have user knowledge of the SAP application or are willing to acquire them in the short term. Other: You have a class B driver's licence and are ready to operate motor vehicles independently. You are ready to carry out day-to-day missions. You shall carry out the readiness to carry out the safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG) within the necessary framework. You have a good understanding as well as a thorough and careful operation with high reliability. You possess good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically.
