Head of Project Manager (m/w/d)

in Unit D/5 – Internal digitalisation of the administration - to be filled in full time. The employment rate is first set at a fixed-term employment rate up to 31.12.2029.

To design digitalization for the benefit of all Saarland and Saarland and to promote the innovations of tomorrow for the Saarland structural change: these are the central tasks of the digitization department. There, the topics and future issues relating to digitalization are centralized – from administrative digitalization to digitalization in the economy and the world of work to research transfer and innovation promotion. Your tasks

• Management, control and rollout of the project to introduce a new ERP system in the Saarland state administration
• Project planning and target definition
• Defining requirements for the ERP system (e.g. human resources management, financial management, procurement)
• Control and control of the project
• Stakeholder management with the departments, departments, policy makers and other stakeholders (Independent Data Protection Centre Saarland, Saarland Court of Auditors, etc.)
• Monitoring and control of implementation and rollout
• Planning and organisation of working groups
• Preparation, moderation, preparation and documentation of workshops and meetings
• Product management and follow-up projects in the field of ERP
• Reporting

Your qualification

(m/w/d) must have the following requirements:

• successfully completed academic studies (Diplom, Master or equivalent degree) ideally in the field of computer science, business informatics, economic engineering, economics (BWL/VWL) or alternatively a comparable subject with relevant professional experience in the required field of responsibility
• multiannual professional experience in project work, preferably in project management of IT or Digitalization projects, is advantageous
• Enthusiasm and interest in the diverse topics and challenges of administration and digitalization
• very good knowledge and ideal experience in different project management methods (classical and agile)
• Ability to self-structured action even in complex situations
• Flexibility, resilience and enforcement
• high analytical skills, holistic thinking, good and very fast conception
• very good social skills such as communication strength, team and conflict skills
• readiness to carry out a safety review pursuant to Section 13 of the Saarland Security Audit Act and the positive conclusion of this review

The classification is based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). In the case of a level allocation to a pay group, relevant professional experience as well as supporting periods may be taken into account in the level allocation. (m/w/d) is also entitled to an additional pension and survivor's pension under equity.
