Contact for our dual students and trainees in software development and for our specialist departments Implementation of software development courses in the languages C++, Python and Java Support for annual training needs planning and training marketing Implementation of the entire application management from the job advertisement to onboarding Planning and coordination of trainees' missions and dual students Verification of compliance with agreed quality standards and cooperation with training projects for continuous improvement of training lifecycle

Successfully completed computer science studies as well as several years of professional experience, including outside a training organization Ownership of the training certificate (AEVO) and an additional educational qualification Competence in the target group-oriented candidate language as well as the professional application of suitable interview and selection techniques Sovereign broadcasting, empathy, social competence and very good discussion, complemented by very good German knowledge and sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as a routined handling of applicant management and training tools joy in dealing with young people and the willingness to participate in occasional regional and supraregional missions
