As a production employee (m/w/d) in Nuremberg, you have the chance to play a key role in a supportive and collegial team. Whether as a funnel, machine operator or plant leader – your skills and commitment are in demand. In a regulated 3-layer system, you will participate in the operation and monitoring of modern systems as well as ensuring a smooth production process. Your contribution will directly determine the success of our production and offer you professional perspectives with a high takeover chance.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and plants
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring product standards
• Support for maintenance and minimisation of production failures
• Maintaining security policies and work instructions
• Active cooperation in the team to optimize production processes

We are looking for

In order to qualify as a production worker (m/w/d), you do not need a long-term professional experience – even beginners are welcome. It is important that you bring motivation and willingness to learn. Technical understanding and precise and reliable operation are advantageous for this position.

• First experience in production or basic technical knowledge
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Physical loadability and careful operation
• Individual initiative and team skills
• Good German knowledge of secure communication
