Strategic Buyer (m/w/d) Technical Purchasing / Electrical Engineering

For a well-known company in the field of electrical engineering that focuses on a strong market presence and sustainable supply chains, we are looking for an experienced strategic buyer (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. They play a central role in the strategic purchasing of technical product groups and actively shape the supplier landscape of our customer.

Supplier management: Analysis, selection, qualification and further development of service providers and suppliers. Procurement strategy: deriving and implementing purchasing strategies to secure supply and technology. Calls for tenders: preparation, implementation and evaluation of tenders, comparisons of offers and market analyses. Negotiations & treaties: independent conduct of contract negotiations incl. Preparation/reprocessing taking into account technical requirements. Make-or-Buy Decisions: Evaluation of Own Production vs. Devotion in Interdisciplinary Exchange. Process optimization: participation in the standardization and digitization of purchasing processes.

Technical studies or technical training with further training (e.g. technical farmer) - alternatively business studies with technical reference. Multiannual experience in strategic or technical shopping. Secure understanding of international procurement processes. Negotiation security in dealing with national and international suppliers. Experience in contracting & costing. Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Negotiating English skills, other foreign languages of advantage. Analytical, process-oriented thinking as well as independent work.
