HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

For the holistic support of our company in all personal-relevant topics as well as as as a trusted Sparring partner for our executives, we are looking for a dedicated and strong HR Business Partner to strengthen our team. Yeah, we mean you. You are a central contact person for executives and employees in labour law and personal business issues. You control and accompany all HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to onboarding to offboarding. You advise our executives at eye level, support them in operational and strategic HR topics and actively accompany change processes. You carry out work-related measures independently, ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements and work confidently with the Works Council. You optimise existing HR processes, bring your own ideas and work closely with our central HR functions (Payroll, Development) as well as with the departments.

You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on personnel or business or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role or as HR Business Partner. You have a well-founded knowledge of working law and the care of both professional and commercial employees. You are safe in handling ERP HR and applicant management systems (ideally in SAP and Rexx) and MS Office – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You are convinced by a pronounced communication strength, secure appearance and a high level of consulting competence. Your work is independent, structured and solution-oriented and you take responsibility and actively contribute ideas.
